Its compatibility with various graphic tablets and its efficient brush engine make it a favorite for many.

That being said, FireAlpaca proves to be one of the most powerful freewares for artists. The app is lightweight and has numerous drawing and sketching tools that you can use. Finally, FireAlpaca has an innovative and easy-to-use UI, which makes it a good choice for beginner artists.

From my experience FireAlpaca is reliable, funcional and very easy to use. While Krita is a great software if you're a fan of hotkeys not working 50% of the time, program freezing when doing the simplest of actions like choosing a layer, not being able to move layers using simple click and drag, randomly crashing for no reason, having to download separate programs to even get features working and having input lag on your pen.

so after about 8 program crashes, colective 10 minutes of program not responding, hour of tutorials that tought me nothing, 10 minutes of downloading programs and 50 minutes of trying to get things working i have sucesfully made a 2 frame gif

Its okay. Everyone has the right to have an opinion, just not every opinion is right

Have you tried Krita on another device? I agree, typically I've seen paid programs have less flaws across the board, but Krita works great for me.
